American Car Craft Warranty

AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the product purchase date for the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will not cover molding or vinyl graphics.

The warranty will be void if the product fails due to: Misuse, Abuse, Accident, Improper Installation, Modifications, or uses that contradict the installation instructions that are provided with each unit. The cost of installation or design is not covered under warranty.

Auto Custom Carpets Warranty

ACC guarantees all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. (Normal wear from use excluded from this guarantee.) ACC will issue a replacement or credit for any defective carpet sets, except those damaged in shipping.

Please contact the ACC Dealer with whom the product was purchased for any Warranty claims or to report shipping issues. Our Dealer will work with us to promptly handle your case. 

Covercraft Warranty

Covercraft’s warranty coverage protects against defects in material and workmanship, as well as the fabric becoming unserviceable during normal use. After factory inspection, at its option, Covercraft will repair or replace the unit or specific panels or parts judged to be unusable. Warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally on all products used outdoors, or weather resistance of fabric.

Lloyd Mat Warranty

Lloyd Mats are warranted by Lloyd Design Corp. against defects in design, workmanship and materials. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered as mat defects. Defective mats will be repaired or replaced at the option of Lloyd Design Corp.

The following lengths of warranty apply to Lloyd Mat products:

  • Luxe: Lifetime warranty. For as long as the original mat buyer owns the vehicle.
  • Ultimat, TruBerber, Velourtex, Classic Loop, Rubbertite, Protector Mat: Five years.

Warranty inquiries should be directed to the place of purchase. The original dated invoice will be required for proof of purchase
